Product Warranty Terms

All cameras and lenses sold are second-hand items and come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers functional issues not caused by user damage, such as shutter malfunctions or exposure problems.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by dropping, water exposure, or impact

• Unauthorized disassembly or repair

• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the body or cosmetic imperfections

• Minor dust, yellowing, or other common signs of use in second-hand lenses

🧪 Develop and Scan Service (Film Processing and Scanning)

Negative Retention Period

We will keep your negatives for one month by default (from the date you are notified of completion). Negatives that are not collected or claimed within one month may be discarded or destroyed without further notice.

Digital File Delivery

Once your film has been developed and scanned, we will send a download link for your digital files to the contact information you provided.

Please back up your files as soon as possible after receiving them. Due to technical limitations, we do not guarantee long-term storage of digital files.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Turnaround Time

• C-41 Color Film: Usually 1–3 days

• Black & White, ECN-2, E6 Slide Film and other special types: 1–2 weeks
